Google Shares More Data

Whilst many Webmasters have been reluctant to register their sites with Google, the latest decision to share more data in their Webmaster tools might prove more enticing for some  to start registering more sites.  This article analyses of the latest aggregate data tool and points out that, whilst it is quite good in many respects, it is also a bit spongy.  The difference appears to be in navigational searches as opposed to informational searches and the article goes on to explain the difficulties with relying on the data too much.
Nevertheless the author shares an excellent hack designed to help Webmasters collect search volume data and provide a better estimate of click through rates.
